These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by CloverLab Solutions ("CloverLab", "we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to them.
Our Services
CloverLab designs and builds custom websites, software systems, web applications, mobile applications, and business automation tools, along with related coding assistance, as agreed with each client individually.
Project Agreements
The scope, timeline, and pricing of any project are confirmed separately in writing (by email or a signed proposal) before work begins. These terms apply alongside, not instead of, that agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide the information, feedback, and access needed to complete a project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Payment
Payment terms — including deposits and milestones — are set out in the individual project agreement. Work may pause if payments are significantly overdue.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. CloverLab retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Timelines
Project timelines are estimates made in good faith. They may shift due to scope changes, delayed feedback, or factors outside our control.
Confidentiality
We treat client information and project details as confidential and expect the same in return regarding our processes and materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CloverLab's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
